Itinerary
Day 1: Aswan Arrival & Aswan Sightseeing
Arrive in Aswan and meet our representative, who will escort you directly to the MS Le Fayan Nile Cruise for embarkation. After check-in, enjoy lunch on board before heading out for an afternoon of highlights. Start with the High Dam, an essential modern structure built to safeguard Egypt from the Nile’s floods. Next, take a motorboat ride to Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis and carefully relocated to Agilkia Island. Continue to the Unfinished Obelisk, a colossal granite monument still lying in its original quarry, offering a fascinating look at ancient stonework. Return to the ship and spend the evening at leisure, enjoying the calm atmosphere of Aswan.

Day 2: Kom Ombo & Edfu
After breakfast on board, meet your Egyptologist guide and begin today’s touring. After exploring the twin sanctuaries, return to the cruise for lunch, served with river views from the sun deck. Enjoy breakfast aboard MS Le Fayan before setting out to discover Luxor’s renowned West Bank with your Egyptologist guide. Visit the Valley of the Kings, the legendary burial site of Egypt’s pharaohs, then continue to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari, dramatically set against the cliffs. Stop as well at the Colossi of Memnon, the imposing statues that have stood watch for centuries. Return to the vessel for lunch, and then spend the remainder of the afternoon unwinding as the cruise continues along the Nile. After breakfast, check out around 08:00 AM and begin your final guided visit on Luxor’s East Bank. Continue to Luxor Temple, originally built by Amenhotep III and later expanded by Ramses II. After completing the tour, you will be transferred to your chosen drop-off point in Luxor, concluding your journey aboard MS Le Fayan Nile Cruise.

Arrive in Luxor and meet our representative, who will assist you with embarkation on the MS Le Fayan Nile Cruise. Once you are settled in, enjoy lunch on board. Return to the ship for breakfast, then continue sailing to Kom Ombo. On arrival, tour the distinctive Twin Temple of Sobek and Horus, devoted to both the crocodile and falcon deities. Nearby, visit the Crocodile Mummification Museum, which displays preserved crocodiles once revered as sacred. Back on board, enjoy dinner followed by a festive Galabiya Party with traditional attire and live music as the cruise continues toward Aswan.
