Welcome to Vibes Travel Egypt. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at https://vibestraveleg.com and the services we provide (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • “Customer,” “You,” “Your” refers to the individual accessing or using the Service.
  • “Service” refers to the website and all travel services offered by the Company.
  • “Tour” refers to any travel package, excursion, or service booked through us.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, booking a tour, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to book with us, or have parental/guardian consent.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. When you submit a booking request:

  • You will receive an initial confirmation of receipt
  • We will confirm availability within 24-48 hours
  • A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking
  • Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and issuance of a booking confirmation

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking, including full names as they appear on passports, dates of birth, nationalities, dietary restrictions, and any medical conditions relevant to the tour.

3.3 Passport and Visa Requirements

It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents including passports, visas, and any required health certificates. We are not responsible for denied entry or travel disruptions due to inadequate documentation.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Prices

All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are per person based on double occupancy unless indicated. Single supplements may apply. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Deposit: A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
  • Balance: The remaining balance is due 30 days before the tour departure date.
  • Last-Minute Bookings: Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.

4.3 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other secure payment methods indicated at checkout. All transactions are processed through PCI-compliant secure payment gateways.

4.4 Currency Conversion

If you pay in a currency other than USD, exchange rate variations and bank fees may apply. Vibes Travel Egypt is not responsible for currency conversion charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.

5. What's Included and Excluded

Each tour listing specifies exactly what is included in the price and what is not. Common inclusions and exclusions are:

  • Accommodation as specified in the itinerary
  • Meals as indicated
  • Ground transportation in air-conditioned vehicles
  • Professional English/Spanish/other-language speaking tour guide
  • Entrance fees to sites mentioned in the itinerary
  • All applicable taxes and service charges

5.2 Typically Excluded

  • International flights unless specified
  • Egypt entry visa fees
  • Travel insurance
  • Personal expenses
  • Tips and gratuities
  • Optional excursions
  • Meals not specified in the itinerary

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal accidents, baggage loss, and repatriation. Vibes Travel Egypt is not liable for any losses incurred that would have been covered by adequate travel insurance.

7. Changes and Modifications

7.1 Changes by the Customer

If you wish to make changes to your booking (dates, hotels, itinerary), we will do our best to accommodate them, subject to availability. Modification fees may apply, and price differences will be charged accordingly.

7.2 Changes by the Company

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, political unrest, natural disasters, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will offer suitable alternatives of equivalent value.

9. Traveler Responsibilities

By booking with us, you agree to:

  • Respect local customs, laws, and cultural sensitivities in Egypt
  • Follow the instructions of your tour guide for safety reasons
  • Arrive on time for scheduled activities
  • Disclose any medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate
  • Behave in a manner that does not disrupt other travelers
  • Take responsibility for your personal belongings

We reserve the right to terminate your tour without refund if your behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or dangerous.

10. Health and Safety

You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit to participate in your chosen tour. Some tours involve walking, climbing, and exposure to hot weather. If you have any medical conditions, please consult your physician before booking. Vaccination and health advisories should be reviewed prior to travel.

11. Liability and Disclaimers

11.1 Limitation of Liability

Vibes Travel Egypt acts as an intermediary between you and various service providers (hotels, airlines, cruise operators, transportation companies). We are not liable for:

  • Acts or omissions of third-party service providers
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Personal injury or illness during the tour
  • Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control
  • Any consequential or indirect losses

11.2 Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, epidemics, government actions, or transportation disruptions.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of Vibes Travel Egypt or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our prior written permission.

13. User Content

Any reviews, testimonials, photos, or other content you submit to our website:

  • Grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display it
  • Must not violate any third-party rights
  • Must not contain offensive, illegal, or misleading material

14. Complaints

If you have a complaint during your tour, please notify your guide or contact us immediately so we can address the issue. Complaints raised after the tour ends must be submitted in writing within 14 days of tour completion.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
